So I’m reading the paper this morning and notice that Gordon Lightfoot will be coming to town in November. Aline and I both enjoy his music so I mention it and ask if she’d be interested in going.
She responds: Sure. If we can get a babysitter.
Me: Oh right. Baby on its way. I better start remembering that . . .
