Ok, ok, It’s actually my leisure sports pool fund but it has been a profitable 2012 hockey playoff season for me winning two pools with LA’s Stanley Cup victory last night:
The Earl of Sussex pool by going with the stars from underdog teams all around and ending up with players on all four semifinalist teams en route to a crushing pool victory as displayed below:
And our office hockey pool on the strength of the high scoring Pittsburgh-Philadelphia first-round series and toying with the overall leaderboard throughout the playoffs. I ended up two points shy of staying on the overall leaderboard at the end.
Now if I could only have the same success choosing Lotto 649 numbers . . . .
