Doctors promised to remove the catheter at 5AM. They were late but as I barely moved out of discomfort all night it wasn’t all that bad and they did come by to get rid of it at 8AM. Breakfast was nothing to write about. Was released at noon after I proved I could pee on my own and pass gas (what’s up with that?) but I did decide to stay for lunch before having Paul pick me up. Was fearful of more complications so I walked slowly to the pharmacy with Sam that afternoon to fill a new prescription for pain and antibiotics.

Hazel Nutt Mad Scientist
Making monsters is Dr. Nutt’s specialty. Her best creations are the Yummy Mummy, the Boogie-Woogie Man, and her masterpiece, Dracula-la-la! who loves to sing Opera music. It’s music to Dr. Nutt’s ears, but the villagers don’t like the idea of singing vampires roaming around their town. When they storm her laboratory they are in for a pleasant surprise.
