Another successful Blackburn Hamlet garage sale. This year we took in $69.60. The big seller was getting rid of the Little Tykes chariot which we bought last year for $50, used once and sold this year for $40. Most of our other junk sold for as little as 10 cents to as much as five dollars for some unused DVD players we wanted to clear out. Mostly I charged a buck an item and was very willing to throw in items to grease the sale. Amazing some of the stuff people will buy. Making some stuff free was also a good idea cause it helped us get rid of the old typewriter, scanner, unused printer and mirrored medicine cabinet that were taking up space in our garage.
Worth repeating
