With my birthday around the corner my mum and Aline surprised with dinner tonight – a broccoli cake. At least it looked like an iced cake with little broccoli and cauliflower sprigs poking out on top.
Upon closer inspection though – that icing was mashed potatoes. And the inside was layered meat loaf with carrots and peas.
Now that’s a birthday meal! Yum yum!
