A few years ago Aline and I attended a Christmas concert put on by some local Ottawa singer songwriters in support of the Ottawa Food Bank where each had to create and perform a new Christmas song they had written at the NAC’s Fourth Stage. We loved it and bought the CD.
Flash forward to the present and the concert has become a yearly tradition. So we went back, bought the new CD and really enjoyed Lynne Hanson’s mean Texas Santa with a gun song. (Sadly, it didn’t make the CD.)
