Our best garage sale yet. Total revenue of $135.10. Weather was perfect and traffic was steady through noon. We had a better setup this year with planks set on chairs to raise our treaured goods and actual sticker prices.
Our big sellers this year were old china we never use which fetched $35, my childhood aquarium which netted $10 and my old chinese vase which brought in $8. We also had good success bundling this year – $5 for all our kids VHS tapes and $7.50 for Aline’s old VHS movies and some more dollar sales for bundling baby toys and puzzles. We also got rid of all Aline’s old posters at a buck apiece and my old Dominican Republican painting for $3. Books sales totalled $11.25 and CD sales netted $5.75 – individually priced at a quarter!
Best part of all was the clutter clearance. It may not look it but I gained space in the garage!
