Rolling over
Gus is able to roll over from back to front to back now. Aline tells me she has to strap him into a the baby chair now because he’s constantly trying to roll in it – and yesterday he fell out on his own.

Teaching fruit
Hazel has a warped idea of school and I’m not sure where she got it from. Today she was playing with some strawberries and told them they had to go to school – in her mouth.

Our friend Sheridan gave us the book Z is for Zamboni as a Christmas present. Hazel is now a big fan of the Zamboni, Bobby Hull and Orr, the referee and especially the penalty box when we reach the letter T and point out that breaking the rules results in someone sitting in the timeout box . . . -
