Being fans of Gordon Lightfoot, Aline and I bought tickets to a tribute concert put on by a group of folk artists celebrating Lightfoot covers in various styles. Very cool. How often do you hear a Lightfoot tune done in a jazz style? I didn’t fall asleep once!
Though I passed on the opportunity to sing with the Blackburn Chorus earlier this year, I couldn’t pass up the chance to see the actual concert.
