There’s two ways one can look at trading in a 1984 Canon AE1 SLR camera with flash and zoom accessories. I could be sad at seeing the camera of my youth and earliest photos being devalued to virtually nothing . . . or I could accept the reality it doesn’t work anymore, I’m never going to use it again and that it’s taking up space in my home.
I accepted reality and traded it in for a $5 at a nearby camera shop.
